Welcome to the KFMRP Curriculum Page The Kuwait Family Medicine Residency Program curriculum provides the official educational roadmap for residents, trainers, and faculty throughout postgraduate family medicine training. It outlines the knowledge, skills, competencies, and professional values required to develop family physicians who provide comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Explore the curriculum and discover how KFMRP prepares family physicians to serve, lead, and advance primary health care in Kuwait.

The curriculum is intended as a guide to both residents and trainers. It went through progressive stages of evolution. It is designed to address the wide ranging knowledge, competencies, clinical and professional attitudes considered appropriate for a doctor intending to commence a profession of family medicine. This curriculum is a dynamic and complex document that will change and develop as medicine changes and develops.

This curriculum will be updated and reviewed every 2-3 years.
