Deeper Roles Program

The Deeper Roles Program reflects the Kuwait Family Medicine Residency Program's commitment to advancing excellence in primary care. Through structured training in Older Adults Care, Mental Health, and Women's Health, residents develop advanced competencies that complement the core residency curriculum and strengthen their ability to deliver comprehensive, person-centred care across all stages of life.

By fostering deeper clinical expertise in these priority areas, the program prepares future family physicians to address increasingly complex healthcare needs with confidence, compassion, and evidence-based practice. The Deeper Roles Program supports KFMRP's vision of developing skilled clinicians, lifelong learners, and leaders in primary care who are equipped to improve health outcomes and meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve.

These programs will be updated and reviewed every 2-3 years.
